Thanks for shopping at 3rd Waves Resources Sdn Bhd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have [14] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
No exchanges or refunds
All transactions are final, and we do not accept refund or exchange of difference products, we will only allow one to one exchange for factory defect or damaged goods. You may exchange the products by sending us email at admin@3rdwaves.my within 14 days of receiving your products with the damage photos as proof of exchange.
Once we received your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your exchange of goods after inspecting the item.
If your exchange is approved, we will initiate an exchange product and you will receive the goods within 7 workings days.
